I also have hawthorn syrup.<br /><br />I love the colour and taste of the rose hips which is why I made the syrup first but have also been toying with the idea of drying some to use for tea. I do have a lot of rosehips in the garden at the moment - I don't know whether to get boiling them up or to make a pretty wreath out of them!
